The Te Wharau magnetometer was operated by Dr. Yuki Obana, formerly of Osaka Electro-Communication University. For several reasons, this site is no longer active as of roughly the end of 2019, and is intended to be replaced by a magnetometer at Waitarere sometime in 2023. Due to the hardware used by Dr. Obana, transmission of the data from this site is currently not possible; as a result, data is only collated during physical site visits.
